Questions
If yours isn’t here, write to [email protected] and we’ll answer it — and probably add it.
No, and there isn’t one. Everything a guest touches is a web page. They scan, tap, and they’re done — no account, no password, nothing installed.
Somebody in their household usually is, and one person can reply for everyone at an address. For the guests where that isn’t true, you can record their answer yourself after a phone call, and the Plus plan includes a printed fallback you can post.
Be realistic about how many people this is. For most weddings it’s three or four, not thirty.
A phone number works instead, as long as they enter it themselves. If they have neither, you can RSVP on their behalf — they still count properly for the caterer and the seating chart.
The day-of page is built for exactly that: it is small, it loads on one bar, and once a guest has opened it their phone keeps a copy. If they open it later with no signal at all, they see that saved copy clearly marked as saved, with the time — so nobody acts on an old shuttle time thinking it’s current.
Only the ones who typed their own number in and asked for it. Not a number you entered for them, and not a plus-one’s number that somebody else supplied.
This is not a setting. Messages go out under our registered sender identity, so the rule is ours to keep — and keeping it is why messages from Perseid still get delivered.
They stop receiving texts immediately and permanently, from us and from every wedding on Perseid. They can still be invited and still RSVP by email — it ends texting, not their invitation.
As few as you send. There is no drip campaign and no marketing. We never contact your guests about anything other than your wedding.
You, and whoever you invite to help. Helpers see names and RSVP status; contact details stay hidden unless you turn them on. Parents get read-only.
Your vendors never see it. Your photographer gets a shot list, your caterer gets a headcount by course with no names on it, your shuttle driver gets a pickup manifest. Each report exists because you granted it, and revoking it takes the detail back.
No. We don’t sell it, rent it, or market anything to your guests.
We strip the location data out of every photograph before it is stored. Photos taken at home are tagged with your home address, and that should not travel with a picture on a public wedding page.
Yes. You can set a code that guests need to see the site — separate from anything to do with signing in.
You already are — the save-the-date carrying the QR code. Beyond that, the Plus plan includes a printed fallback for the handful of guests who need one.
Twenty-five. That is a deliberate limit, not a storage one — this is an invitation, not a gallery, and the page has to load fast at the venue.
A template, a colour palette, a font pairing, your photographs, and which sections appear in what order. Not free layout. Every wedding page built by dragging boxes ends up worse than the template it started from, and you have better things to spend an evening on.
The page stays up as long as you want it. Export anything you want to keep, and delete the whole thing whenever you’re ready.
