For wedding vendors
You get the list you actually need. Not the couple’s guest list.
Every vendor on a wedding gets handed the same spreadsheet of two hundred names and has to find the eight facts that matter to them. Perseid gives each of you a different document, built from the same answers, containing only your part.
Photographers
A family-groupings shot list with the names, in the order you’ll call them, and a note of who must not be put in a frame together.
Planners and coordinators
A run sheet with the timings, who is speaking, in what order, and how long they said they’d take.
Caterers
A headcount by course, split adult and child, with dietary needs and allergies. No names on it — you don’t need them and it is not yours to hold.
DJs and bands
The entrance order with pronunciations, the speech running order with who speaks when, must-plays, do-not-plays, and the couple’s playlist — synced, so it is right on the night rather than right in March.
Venues
Final headcount split adult and child, meals by table, the lock date, and the running order. Numbers, not a guest list.
Transport
A pickup manifest by stop and time, with the number of people at each.
How the access works
The couple grants a report to a specific vendor, for a specific purpose. Granting you the shot list does not grant you the run sheet, and revoking it takes the detail back — you keep working, you just stop seeing names you no longer need.
There is no roster, no search, and no bulk export, and that is not an oversight we intend to fix. The couple gave those names to their wedding, not to its suppliers. Being able to say that plainly is what makes them comfortable granting you the part you do need.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
Not today. The couple sends you a private link to your document and a spreadsheet version. The link stays current — open it the morning of and it reflects whatever changed overnight.
Vendor accounts are coming, and they will replace the link with a page listing every wedding that has granted you something. We would rather tell you that than show you a login for something that is not built.
Can I recommend Perseid to my couples?
Please do. We can give you a code that takes something off their price, and the referral is recorded against you.
We should be straight with you about where this stands: there is no partner portal, dashboard or commission scheme today, and we would rather tell you that than show you a signup form for one. The codes are real and work now. Write to us and we’ll set one up.
Can I set a wedding up on a couple's behalf?
Not yet. For now, point them at us and we’ll take it from there — or get in touch and we’ll set the wedding up ourselves and hand it over.
